Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have obesity (BMI of 30 or higher).
  • Your liver has at least 10% fat (measured by a special MRI).
  • Your weight has been stable (no major loss or gain) in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have diabetes, and your blood sugar is normal.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control (if able to become pregnant or get someone pregnant).
