Tracking movement after ICU to support recovery

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You were on a breathing machine for more than 3 days
  • You stayed in the ICU for more than 7 days
  • You are considered high risk based on a tool that looks at things like recent hospital stays, multiple health problems, many medicines, mental health history, and living situation
  • You are expected to leave the hospital in the next few days
  • You are not in the ICU mainly due to a brain or nerve condition, are not in hospice care, and you could walk independently before this hospital stay
