Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You had a stroke (either from a clot or bleeding) at least 6 months ago.
- You are medically stable and can stand safely, even if you need a walker or cane.
- You can understand simple instructions and answer questions about your health.
- You do not have other serious nerve or brain conditions (like Parkinson's or multiple sclerosis).
- You have not had major surgery or been in the ICU in the last 3 months.
