Universal CAR-T cell therapy for B-cell leukemia (ages 12-75)

This trial tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy (called universal CAR-T) that targets CD19 and CD20 markers on cancer cells. It is for people aged 12 to 75 with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has not responded to standard treatments or has come back after treatment.

Who can take part

  • You must be between 12 and 75 years old.
  • Your leukemia is B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that has come back or not responded to standard treatment, and it has at least 5% blasts in your bone marrow or blood.
  • Your leukemia cells must test positive for CD19 or CD20 (or both) markers.
  • You must not have active infections like HIV, syphilis, active hepatitis B or C, or any other uncontrolled active infection.
  • You must not have had a stem cell transplant in the last 12 weeks, or a donor lymphocyte infusion in the last 6 weeks.
  • You must have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart, lungs) and be willing to use very effective birth control for one year after treatment.
