Who can take part

  • You must be between 5 and 50 years old.
  • You must have B-cell ALL that is CD19-positive, meaning the cancer cells have a specific protein on their surface.
  • Your leukemia must be in relapse or resistant to standard treatments, or you must not be able to have a stem cell transplant.
  • You need to have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, heart, lungs) and be in generally good health.
  • You cannot have had prior CAR-T therapy or certain other treatments recently.
  • You must be willing to follow the study schedule and long-term follow-up, including 15 years of monitoring.
