  • You are generally healthy without major medical conditions.
  • You cannot use caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, or any drugs during the study.
  • You have normal vision (no color blindness).
  • You have not worked overnight shifts in the past year.
  • You have not traveled across more than 2 time zones recently.
