  • You are between 18 and 85 years old
  • You are in generally stable health
  • You can read, speak, and understand English at a high school level
  • You have no history of eye surgery or major eye disease (wearing glasses is fine)
  • You have not done shift work or night work in the last 3 months
  • You have not traveled across more than 2 time zones in the last 3 months
