This trial tests a new treatment called CART84 (GYA01) for patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. CART84 uses specially engineered immune cells to target and destroy leukemia cells that have a protein called CD84 on their surface.

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have AML or T-ALL with at least 5% leukemia cells in your bone marrow or blood, and no other approved treatment options available.
  • Your leukemia cells must have the CD84 protein (confirmed by a lab test).
  • You must be able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver must be working well enough (you will be tested).
