Who can take part
- You have B-cell (CD19 or CD22 positive) or T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or not responded to treatment, and no other cure is available.
- You are willing and medically able to have a stem cell transplant if the CAR-T puts your leukemia into remission.
- You are in fairly good physical shape (able to be up and about at least half the day).
- Your blood counts and organ function (kidneys, liver, heart, lungs) are good enough for the treatment.
- You do not have an active infection, uncontrolled seizures, or serious heart problems.
