Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have peripheral artery disease (PAD) with symptoms like leg pain when walking, rest pain, or a leg wound
- You have had a blocked leg artery (at least 50% narrowed) or low ankle blood pressure
- You either have diabetes, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, or plaque in more than one artery area
- You have not had a leg artery procedure in the last 6 weeks
- You are not allergic to colchicine or iodine dye
