  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with BPPV (a type of dizziness triggered by head movements)
  • You have no heart disease or irregular heartbeat
  • You are not taking medications like beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, or certain heart or mental health drugs
  • You do not have an active infection or inflammatory disease
