  • Child must have multiple disabilities caused by a brain injury before age 3
  • Child must be between 1 and 16 years old
  • Child must have severe intellectual disability and trouble moving (like needing a wheelchair or help to sit)
  • Child must have been hospitalized for a breathing problem recently
  • Parent or guardian must agree to the study
