Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with ALS.
- You have bulbar symptoms like speech changes, drooling, or swallowing problems (identified by your care team).
- You haven't used the in-exsufflator before, or you already use it and are prescribed to continue.
- You are followed by the ALS mobile team at Groupe Hospitalier du Havre or CHU of Dijon.
- You are willing to participate and can attend study visits.
- You have French social security coverage or equivalent.
