Who can take part

  • You have HER2-positive adenocarcinoma of the stomach, esophagus, or gastroesophageal junction.
  • Your cancer is localized and can be surgically removed (not spread to other organs).
  • You are in good physical condition (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have adequate kidney, liver, and heart function.
  • You are at least 18 years old and agree to use effective birth control.
