Who can take part
- You have stage II or III adenocarcinoma of the stomach or gastroesophageal junction (not stage IV).
- Your tumor is HER2-high (strongly positive on an IHC test, or moderately positive with a positive FISH test).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and in good enough health for surgery (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have not had prior chemotherapy or targeted therapy for gastric cancer.
- You do not have serious heart/lung problems, active infections, or other active cancers.
