Who can take part
- You are 20 years or older and had a heart stent placed, needing two blood thinners for at least 6 months.
- You are at high risk for stomach bleeding (e.g., age 65+, low body weight, low red blood cells, low platelets, kidney problems, taking blood thinners or NSAIDs long-term, history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, or H. pylori infection).
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study (e.g., IUD, condoms, implants) and cannot use oral contraceptives.
- You do not have severe health issues like active cancer, serious liver disease, severe anemia, or kidney failure requiring dialysis.
