Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative.
  • Your cancer must have continued to grow after at least one previous hormonal therapy for advanced breast cancer.
  • You must have a tumor that can be measured on a scan (not just in the bone).
  • You should be healthy enough to do daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
