  • You are a woman between 45 and 55 years old
  • You are in perimenopause (the time around menopause)
  • You are not using hormone replacement therapy or any hormone medications
  • You do not have serious health conditions like uncontrolled diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, cancer, or kidney disease
  • You do not have a current mental health diagnosis (like depression or anxiety) or dementia
  • You have not had surgical menopause (removal of ovaries) or premature ovarian failure
  • You are not pregnant, on chemotherapy/radiotherapy, or have certain thyroid disorders
