HS-10390 treatment for chronic kidney disease with protein in urine

NCT05732727Recruiting· Phase 3
Stronger BP lowering using diuretics in kidney disease

This Phase 3 trial compares a plan that uses diuretics (water pills) to lower blood pressure more, versus usual blood pressure care, in people with uncontrolled hypertension and moderate-to-severe chronic kidney disease. It may help your blood pressure control while monitoring safety closely because kidney function changes how medicines work.

Lower blood pressure and cholesterol targets for advanced kidney disease

This trial tests whether keeping blood pressure and cholesterol at lower-than-usual levels can help slow the decline of kidney function in people with advanced chronic kidney disease. If you have moderately to severely reduced kidney function and meet certain blood pressure and cholesterol criteria, you may be able to join.
