Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have high blood pressure that stays high (at least 140 mm Hg systolic) despite taking 3 or more blood pressure pills (including a water pill) for more than 3 months, OR you cannot take blood pressure medications due to side effects or other medical reasons.
- You are willing to undergo a kidney nerve procedure and agree to participate in the study.
- You do not have certain kidney artery issues (like being too narrow, too wide, or having a bulge or blockage).
- You are not pregnant and do not have kidney or adrenal tumors.
