Who can take part

  • You are 12 years old or older.
  • You have a lung infection caused by Mycobacterium abscessus.
  • You do not have severe kidney problems (for those under 18).
  • You are not allergic to any of the medicines in the trial: sulbactam/durlobactam, ceftriaxone, amoxicillin, macrolide antibiotics (like azithromycin), or clofazimine.
