Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a lung infection caused by Mycobacterium abscessus bacteria.
  • You have already finished the first part of the standard treatment your doctor recommended.
  • Your blood, heart, liver, kidneys, and other organs are working well enough based on tests done within the week before starting.
  • You are not allergic to the study medicine.
  • You do not have other active lung infections like tuberculosis or more than one type of nontuberculous mycobacteria.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to avoid other investigational drugs during the study.
