Who can take part

  • You are a Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
  • You are between 21 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with asthma by a doctor for at least 4 weeks.
  • You are currently on or about to start step 1-3 asthma treatment (like low-dose inhalers).
  • You have not had an asthma flare-up needing steroids or a hospital visit in the last 4 weeks.
  • You can attend study visits about every 4 months for 1 year.
  • You have stable heart health (e.g., controlled blood pressure, no active heart symptoms).
