  • You have asthma, EGPA, or HES (or you are a healthy volunteer)
  • You are not currently smoking
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have not received a live vaccine in the last 30 days
  • You do not have other lung diseases like COPD or other immune-related inflammatory conditions
