  • You are at least 16 years old
  • This is your first shoulder dislocation
  • You live in the Oslo region and go to the Oslo Accident and Emergency Outpatient Clinic within 2 weeks of the injury
  • You can understand Norwegian or English
  • You are willing and able to give your consent to participate
