Who can take part
- You are older than 14 years.
- You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has relapsed or not responded to treatment.
- Your leukemia cells have the CD19 protein (a marker on cancer cells).
- You are expected to live more than 3 months.
- Your heart, liver, and kidneys are working well enough based on blood tests and an echocardiogram.
- You are not pregnant and agree to use birth control during and for one year after treatment.
