Who can take part

  • You are older than 14 years.
  • You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has relapsed or not responded to treatment.
  • Your leukemia cells have the CD19 protein (a marker on cancer cells).
  • You are expected to live more than 3 months.
  • Your heart, liver, and kidneys are working well enough based on blood tests and an echocardiogram.
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use birth control during and for one year after treatment.
