Who can take part

  • You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and are now in remission (less than 5% cancer cells in bone marrow).
  • You are between 14 and 80 years old.
  • You cannot have a stem cell transplant, or you don't have a suitable donor, or you choose not to have one.
  • Your cancer cells test positive for CD19.
  • You have good organ function (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys).
  • You have not had CAR-T therapy before.
