  • You are between 19 and 40 years old.
  • You are generally healthy and have no current injuries.
  • You are physically active, such as an athlete or regular exerciser.
  • You have no pain, fatigue, or signs of overtraining.
  • You have not had any injury or surgery in the last 6 months.
  • You are not currently in a peak training period for your sport.
