Who can take part
- Your heart's pumping strength (ejection fraction) is 35% or lower, measured within the last 60 days
- You have a specific type of heart rhythm delay called left bundle branch block
- You have moderate to severe heart failure symptoms (NYHA class II or III)
- You have never had a previous pacemaker, defibrillator, or CRT device implanted
- You can attend follow-up visits and have your medical records accessible to the study team
- You are at least 18 years old and able to provide written consent
