Who can take part

  • You are female.
  • Your blood pressure is borderline high: top number 130–140 or bottom number 85–90.
  • Your blood pressure does not drop much at night (confirmed by a 24-hour monitor).
  • You are not currently taking any blood pressure medication.
  • You have no heart disease, diabetes, or other serious illnesses.
  • You are not allergic to black seed or fennel.
