  • You had a first-ever stroke about 2 weeks to 5 months ago.
  • Your stroke affected the front part of the brain's blood supply.
  • You are between 40 and 65 years old.
  • You can walk on your own, possibly with a cane or walker.
  • You can follow multi-step instructions and have good thinking skills.
