Who can take part

  • You have had your first and only stroke
  • It has been at least 6 months since your stroke
  • You can walk 10 meters (about the length of a bus) without help
  • You do not have severe vision, hearing, or speech problems
  • You are age 20 or older
  • You do not have serious balance problems or memory/thinking issues
