Who can take part
- You are 65 years old or older.
- You have a blood test for creatinine (kidney function) or a urine test for protein from 2010 onward.
- If you already have chronic kidney disease (CKD): your kidney function is not severely reduced (eGFR above 15) and you are not on dialysis or had a transplant.
- You have not had a sudden kidney injury in the last 3 months.
- You do not have severe heart failure, recent heart attack, severe liver disease, or active cancer.
