  • You are between 21 and 70 years old
  • You have frozen shoulder that hasn't improved with physical therapy, medication, or shots
  • You are scheduled for arthroscopic capsular release surgery
  • You do not have nerve conditions like peripheral neuropathy or brachial plexus injury
  • You do not have bleeding disorders, active infection, or are pregnant
