  • You are Chinese and at least 18 years old.
  • You are the caregiver of a child with a neurodevelopmental disorder, such as autism or ADHD.
  • You are willing to follow the study's instructions and attend mindfulness sessions.
  • You have not been in another clinical trial or taken an experimental treatment in the last month.
  • You do not have extensive experience with mindfulness practice.
  • You are not currently in structured therapy, and you do not have serious thoughts of suicide or a hearing/speech problem.
