  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of pseudohypoparathyroidism type 1a (PHP1a) with a known GNAS gene mutation.
  • Your diabetes and high cholesterol are well managed with current treatments.
  • You have not changed or started any medications that could affect weight or metabolism in the last 3 months.
  • You do not expect to need changes to your medications during the initial treatment period.
