Genetic markers for ovarian damage after chemo

This study is looking for genetic markers that may help predict how chemotherapy affects the ovaries. It's for women who had breast cancer or lymphoma, froze their ovarian tissue before treatment, and finished that treatment at least 6 months ago.

Who can take part

  • You were between 18 and 38 years old when you had ovarian tissue frozen.
  • You had breast cancer or lymphoma.
  • You finished your cancer treatment at least 6 months ago.
  • You had no chemotherapy or radiation before the tissue freezing.
  • You are not on hormone therapy that stops ovarian function (like GnRH analogs).
  • You do not have certain genetic conditions (like BRCA mutations or Fragile X) or a family history of early menopause.
