This study looks at how certain blood markers relate to ovarian function in women with normal ovaries, diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), or primary ovarian insufficiency (POI). It may help doctors better understand these conditions.

Who can take part
- You must be a woman between 18 and 45 years old (or under 40 for POI group).
- For healthy group: regular periods and normal blood test results for FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and AMH (anti-Müllerian hormone).
- For DOR group: two cycles of higher FSH or low AMH levels.
- For POI group: under 40 with two cycles of very high FSH or low AMH.
- You cannot have certain conditions like congenital ovary problems, recent hormone treatments, severe illnesses, or be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You must agree to sign a consent form.
