Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

This trial tests if an artificial intelligence program can help people with fatty liver disease lose weight and improve liver health better than standard lifestyle advice. You'll be randomly assigned to one of two groups and followed for several months.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 45
  • Your weight has been stable (no big gain or loss) for the last 3 months
  • You have a fatty liver diagnosis confirmed by a special ultrasound test (Fibroscan) showing more than 300 dB/m of fat
  • Your liver stiffness score on Fibroscan is less than 8.5 kPa (meaning no severe scarring)
  • You have WiFi at home and can follow the study instructions
  • You have French national health insurance
