Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 24 and 35.
  • You have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease related to metabolism (MAFLD) based on a FibroScan or MRI test.
  • You have a smartphone that can run the study app.
  • If you have type 2 diabetes, your medications have been stable for at least 3 months.
  • You are not a heavy drinker (more than 3 drinks a day for men, 2 for women) within the past year.
