Who can take part

  • You are between 41 and 81 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with probable or possible PSP (progressive supranuclear palsy) Richardson syndrome, and your symptoms started less than 5 years ago.
  • You have a reliable study partner (like a spouse, family member, or close friend) who spends at least 5 hours per week with you and can come to study visits.
  • You can walk at least 10 steps on your own or with just a little help (like holding one arm for balance).
  • You do not have other significant neurological conditions (like Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, or a history of stroke).
