Targeted therapy for newly diagnosed DLBCL with TP53 mutation
Treatments studied
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial tests a targeted therapy designed to match the specific genetic subtype of DLBCL that has a TP53 mutation. It may offer a more effective treatment option for people whose cancer has this genetic change.

Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old.
- You have a new diagnosis of a type of lymphoma called CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and have not had any treatment for it yet.
- Your tumor has a specific genetic change called a TP53 mutation, which may make your cancer harder to treat with standard therapy.
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-3) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.

This trial tests a combination of targeted therapy (Orelabrutinib) plus standard chemotherapy (Pola-R-CHP) for people with untreated non-GCB diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The goal is to see if this new mix works better than the usual treatment.
This study tests a combination of five drugs (including a targeted therapy called polatuzumab vedotin) for patients with a specific type of aggressive lymphoma (DLBCL) that has never been treated before. The goal is to see if this combination works better and is safe for certain subtypes of this cancer.
This trial is testing a combination of targeted drugs, including zanubrutinib, for people newly diagnosed with a fast-growing lymphoma called DLBCL. It is designed for patients with certain risk factors that make their lymphoma more aggressive, and it aims to see if these drug combinations can work better than standard treatments.
This trial tests a new combination of drugs for a certain type of lymphoma (non-GCB DLBCL). The drugs are pirtobrutinib (a targeted pill) plus a standard chemotherapy regimen called Pola-R-CHP. The goal is to see if adding this targeted therapy improves outcomes for people with this specific subtype.
This trial uses a blood test (ctDNA) and PET scans to predict how well standard first-line treatment works for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It aims to find out if these tests can guide better care.
This trial tests a combination of drugs (POLA-R-CHP) as a first treatment for patients whose large B-cell lymphoma has changed from a slower-growing type. It aims to see if this therapy is effective and safe for newly diagnosed patients.
