Who can take part

  • Confirmed diagnosis of advanced (unresectable, recurrent, or metastatic) biliary tract cancer—intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, or gallbladder cancer
  • Cancer has progressed after at least one prior chemotherapy regimen containing gemcitabine and platinum
  • Tumor testing confirms HER2 and CEA positivity (specific protein markers on cancer cells)
  • At least one measurable tumor lesion on imaging that can be tracked during the trial
  • Good overall health status and adequate organ function (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, bone marrow)
  • No untreated or unstable brain metastases; no active, uncontrolled infections; resolved or stable biliary drainage
