Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You should have trouble sleeping (like having poor sleep quality or insomnia symptoms).
  • You cannot have moderate or severe sleep apnea (AHI over 15).
  • You cannot have significant hearing loss or be unable to hear well.
  • You should not be taking prescription sleep medications or using nerve-stimulating devices.
  • You cannot work rotating shifts (different times each day).
