Who can take part

  • You are between 30 and 65 years old.
  • You have prediabetes (higher than normal blood sugar but not full diabetes).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 24 and 35, and your waist measures at least 90 cm (men) or 80 cm (women).
  • You have not taken any blood sugar supplements recently and are willing to avoid them during the study.
  • Your weight hasn't changed by more than 5% in the last 3 months, and you have stable eating and exercise habits.
