Exercise program for older men with prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 65 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
  • You finished your main cancer treatments (like surgery, chemo, or radiation) more than 3 months ago. (Hormone therapy is okay.)
  • You feel a sense of loneliness related to your cancer.
  • You can walk without a wheelchair (using a cane or walker is fine).
  • You have internet at home that can handle video calls.
