- You had your first stroke, and it affects only one side of your body.
- It has been more than 3 months since the stroke.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a family member or relative who lives with you and helps care for you.
- Your mental state is clear enough (a mini mental test score of 24 or above).
- You can speak and understand Turkish.
