Who can take part

  • You must have one of these conditions: lupus (SLE), hard-to-treat kidney disease (MDR-SRNS or IgA nephropathy), scleroderma, or a type of blood vessel inflammation (ANCA vasculitis).
  • Your disease must have not improved after trying at least two standard treatments (like steroids and other immune-suppressing medicines).
  • You need adequate heart, lung, kidney, and liver function as shown by basic tests.
  • If you are of childbearing age, you must agree to use effective birth control during the trial and for one year after.
  • You cannot have an active serious infection, cancer, or history of severe allergic reactions to the medicines used in this trial.
