Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis for at least 60 days
- Your colitis is moderate to severe (based on a standard scoring system)
- Your disease extends at least 15 cm from the anal opening
- You have not responded well to or could not tolerate at least one previous treatment (like mesalamine, steroids, immunosuppressants, biologics, or small molecules)
- If you are currently on certain colitis medications, your dose must have been stable for at least 2 weeks before the screening endoscopy
