Who can take part

  • You are a healthy university student between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have had no leg, hip, or foot injury or surgery in the past year.
  • You currently have no nerve, muscle, or bone problems affecting your legs.
  • You have never had a patellar tendon injury or knee pain.
  • You have no skin lesions, open wounds near your knee, or implanted electronic devices (like a pacemaker).
